Admit it. We have all been hoping to see Russia completely fall on their face while hosting this year’s version of the Winter Olympics. There have been a number of symbolic moments that suggested just that. Russian curler Andrey Drozdov, however, is not one for symbolism. He prefers the literal approach.

On the plus side, his head ended up closest to the button, which earned his team a point, which proved to be the difference in the team’s 7-6 win over Switzerland (also, quite likely, the difference between him participating in their next match and never being seen again).
