GIF: The Knicks are better at Air Guitar than basketball

It’s been a longgggggggggggggggggggggg year for the Knicks and it’s only 17 games in. Carmelo Anthony’s called them a “laughingstock”, Amare Stoudemire has given up on D completely (http://notsportscenter.com/amarenod/), they’re trying to trade Iman Shumpert to every basketball team on the planet, and reports have Carmelo bolting out of New York at the end of the year like he was leaving Cleveland.
But on Thursday, all of that took a backseat. They waxed the other New York basketball trainwreck, the Brooklyn Nets, by 30, and in the process may have discovered their true talent.
At one point in the first quarter, the Knicks hit a shot, and the bench got REALLY excited:

Maybe this basketball thing isn’t for the Knicks, maybe they’d be better joining a Guitar Hero league. They can go for 1,000,000 points and unlock Superstardom! Unlike their chase for a Larry O’Brien trophy, hell won’t have to freeze over first for them to do that.
