GIF: LeBron drops a hammer on Ben McLemore
- Updated: December 20, 2013

After a rough game with the Pacers that left some wondering whether LeBron was actually coming on to Paul George rather than trying to defend him (http://notsportscenter.com/lebron-george-top-10-funny-twitter-reactions/), LeBron took to the court Friday night, looking to take out his anger on someone.
Luckily for him, the Kings came rolling into town. It’s essentially the NBA version of a circus, now starring Rudy Gay. It was starring another young guard as well, Ben McLemore, until he made an unfortunate mistake.
In the first quarter, LeBron had what looked like an easy path to the basket, and McLemore tried to stop it.
As you can see below, that was a big, big mistake.

RIP.
Poor Ben McLemore, didn’t even make it through Christmas of his rookie season.
Wikipedia was quickly updated to reflect the loss:

That poor thing. Say hi to Brandon Knight in Heaven for us. And Jason Terry, LeBron’s 2012-13 victim. And Marvin Williams (http://notsportscenter.com/hicksonhammer/). And Jeff Withey (http://notsportscenter.com/ripjeffwithey/). Getting crowded up there.
Here’s full video of the event. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Kings family.
