Mark Sanchez was released by the Jets, effectively ending a 5 year run of one of the greatest comedy specials in television history, “Mark and the Jets.” That’s why he was drafted right? Comedy? It sure as hell wasn’t football.

Oh. Well that’s unfortunate.
In honor of the end of the run of this great comedy, we’ve put together the #NOTSCTop10 funniest GIFs of Mark Sanchez’ time as a Jet (well, there’s actually 12, we threw in a couple bonuses, consider the whole thing like a normal Mark Sanchez game: a pair of pick sixes).

It’s quite amazing that a defender didn’t step in front of Holmes and intercept Mark’s chest bump.

Thanks Not SC, This was the funniest one yet by far…Mark Sanchez is his one man highlight comedy reel. The buttfumble was the funniest thing I’ve ever seen,still laugh everytime I see it just as hard as did when watching it on Thanksgiving 2013.Too funny,only Mark can invent a new type of fumble!!!!Eagles are lucky to have picked him up during this offseason.Hopefully Chip Kelley can utilize him to show off his true QB skills…..holding a clipboard!
